Many Reston townhomes belong to a cluster, a small association with its own covenants that sits alongside Reston Association. Clusters run their own private streets and parking, so truck rules change from one cluster to the next. One Lake Anne cluster, for example, caps rental truck parking at 24 hours and bars PODS from guest spaces. Pull your cluster rules or call your manager, then send us what they say.
High-Rise Condos at Reston Town Center
Reston Town Center has about 5,000 residences, including condo buildings like Paramount, Midtown, Savoy, and The Cosmopolitan. A tower move usually turns on a reserved elevator, a loading window, and a certificate of insurance on file with management. Ask your building for its move rules as soon as you have a date, and we file the certificate ahead of time.
Lake Anne and the Village Centers
Reston was built around five village centers: Lake Anne, Hunters Woods, Tall Oaks, South Lakes, and North Point. Lake Anne mixes townhomes, condos above shops, and the 15-story Heron House along a pedestrian plaza where parking fills fast.
